Product Introduction

The online Gas Chromatography(GC)/Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS) system is mainly used to accurately analyze and detect the content of each component in the sample. The system integrates Agilent's excellent chromatography analysis technology and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry analysis technology to build an intelligent online analysis platform, which effectively reduces the burden of sample component detection and research work.

The system monitors sample components in real time, integrates safety control, and seamlessly connects with the QC Intelligent center. It can be connected to a variety of fully automatic pretreatment systems (PRE-100) and equipped with a variety of customized detectors to achieve sample component detection, analysis and quality monitoring of a variety of matrices, ensuring high-throughput, high-efficiency and automated sample analysis.

The system has the characteristics of high separation ability, high sensitivity and online automation, and is widely used in environmental, food, chemical and semiconductor materials industries.

· Online real-time analysis

The system automates the entire process from sample injection to data analysis, is easy to operate, and can process up to 200 samples per day. It has a built-in quantitative analysis function that can accurately analyze the content of various components in the sample.

· Multi-valve and multi-column modification

It can analyze complex samples and has the characteristics of high flexibility, high analysis efficiency and strong system stability.

· Efficient linkage

It can be linked with the pre-treatment system (PRE-100) to achieve personalized automatic collection. The whole pre-treatment process uses inert materials to ensure the accuracy and stability of samples from injection to detection and analysis, and realize personalized automatic collection, processing and analysis of samples.

· Positive pressure explosion-proof design

The online gas/gas chromatograph is equipped with an explosion-proof safety system and positive pressure corrosion protection, which is suitable for high-risk environments, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment in dangerous environments. It is equipped with a variety of alarm devices to ensure that abnormal situations can be handled in a timely manner.

QC-Intelligent Middle Platform can be used for intelligent control to monitor the status of sample analysis in real time and edit sample sequences remotely, and automatically export analysis reports to synchronize to the DCS system or LIMS system.
