On August 11, the unveiling ceremony of Yulin Zhongke Clean Energy Innovation Institute was held in the auditorium of the institute.

Fang Guanghua, Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province, Zhang Xiaoguang, Secretary of the Yulin Municipal Party Committee, Academician Zhang Tao, Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Academician Liu Zhongmin, Director of the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, attended the ceremony. Zhang Guohua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, was invited to participate.

At the ceremony, Secretary Zhang Xiaoguang delivered a welcome speech, Academician Liu Zhongmin introduced the construction background and specific development plan of Yulin Zhongke Clean Energy Innovation Institute, and Vice Governor Fang Guanghua and Academician Zhang Tao delivered speeches.

During the ceremony, relevant leaders jointly unveiled the Yulin Zhongke Clean Energy Innovation Institute, Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Clean Energy Utilization Technology, and Zhongke Qinchuangyuan Shangjun Energy Laboratory, announcing the official opening of Yulin Zhongke Clean Energy Innovation Institute.

The successful unveiling ceremony marked the official launch of the Yulin Zhongke Clean Energy Innovation Research Institute, an important part of the "one zone and three bases" of the Energy Revolution Innovation Demonstration Zone.

Fully Automated Intelligent Laboratory

As an important part of the Digital Catalysis Technology Innovation Center of Yulin Innovation Institute, the Artificial Intelligence Catalysis Research Center will explore the deep cross-integration of emerging technologies such as automation, big data, cloud computing, digital twins and catalytic technology research and development, and build a full-process intelligent research platform covering catalytic knowledge mining, automated synthesis and characterization of catalysts, high-throughput catalytic reaction evaluation, catalytic process amplification, and digital twins, creating a new research paradigm for the integrated development of catalytic science and artificial intelligence technology.

By integrating the team's experience in robot automation and laboratory construction, Shigao Intelligent Technology has assisted in building a high-throughput catalytic reaction evaluation intelligent experimental platform, deeply cross-integrating emerging technologies such as mobile robot AGV, robotic arms, visual recognition, and intelligent CNC with the catalytic science experimental process, and is expected to create an intelligent laboratory with automated experimental processes throughout the entire process, achieving 24-hour uninterrupted work, freeing scientists from repetitive and complicated experimental operations, and exponentially improving the efficiency of scientific experiments.

After completion, the fully automated intelligent laboratory will become an important innovation platform for the development of transformative technologies in the energy and chemical industry in Yulin and even the whole country. It will help promote the rapid implementation of major innovative technologies, realize the green and low-carbon development of the chemical industry, and support the early realization of the country's dual carbon goals.
